Is it less expensive for a first time driver to ensure a truck?

Hello, If I had to buy my first car, insurance is about £ 3k at the bottom of the depression. But do you think a van would be cheaper? Can a 17 year old to get van insurance?

Vans are more expensive to insure than cars for everyone. You might as well be able to get it, but you do not want. My car, 2.0 petrol £ 293 per year with full no claims and lots of add ons and a modified car. My Peugeot 206 van, again with a full model complete, but no claim of free base covers more than 100% standard van – £ 803 per year
