What is a nice way to ask my neighbor to stop backing into my driveway several times a day?

He drives a large commercial van and it leaves his drive and goes into my drive several times a day. I have a white picket fence and he hits it every time. Should I have a meeting with him or call the landlords? What do you say to a guy this clueless? Any ideas are appreciated. Legal or not so.

Confront him first. Ask him to either stop using your driveway or to meet with you on Saturday to repair the damage to the fence and repaint it. If he refuses ask him the name of a good painter he is willing to pay. You might want to make sure to get a picture or two of him hitting your fence. It is called hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, damage to private property and downright poor etiquette. Good luck.

CARGO VAN COMMERCIAL INSURANCE?

Hi…I have a remodeling business and I’m paying $1800 a year to insure my cargo van commercially. I also have a car for which I’m paying only $600 a year to insure it. I tend to drive my car 3 times as much as my van
I think I’m being robbed with the commercial insurance.
Does this sounds right for a commercial insurance or I’m paying too much?, If the price sounds right…can someone give me a few good reasons why an insurance company would charge this much?…besides being greedy. I also would like to know what a fair rate would be.
