Is there any laws against inconsiderate parking of commercial & leisure vehicles within residential areas?
I live in a cul – de – sac of twelve semi detatched two bedroom bungalows, within the cul – de – sac is parked an American style and sized motor home, a Luton box van frequently, a fold away caravan, another commercial vehicle and a second motor home of similar size to a Ford Transit, as these are very intrusive to a lot of residents outlooks besides my own, could anybody tell me if there are any laws being broken here as i feel like i’m living in a motorway services car park.
You should check your local Municipal Code. There may be limitations on size or type of vehicle that may be parked in certain residential areas. There are probably restrictions on how long vehicles may be parked in one location, which may also help you.
Other than that, I doubt there are any laws against parking a vehicle which blocks your view or limits on how many vehicles can be parked in one area.
